Cosplay: Karla from Fire Emblem

Nobody knows Karla, being a secret character from a semi-obscure Japanese strategy RPG. So of course I cosplayed her. A common guess was “Someone from Bleach?”
My wig was problematic due to the strong winds.
This was a fairly simple project besides the amount of detail. But one thing which took the longest to make was the green ito cord on the hilt of her sword, which you can barely see in the first picture. It is six feet of a flat, eight-strand kumihimo braid. I used light green cotton yarn. I have to say it is much nicer than the black plastic webbing normally used for wooden practice swords, but it also took a month to make.
